WE ARE

ABOUT

PROLIFIC TALENT MANAGEMENT

Prolific Talent Management was co-founded in 2025 by Tim Bryn Smith and Rosanne Priest. With backgrounds in acting ourselves, we set out to provide the kind of representation we felt was missing during our own careers - genuine, transparent, and deeply supportive.

Our approach is rooted in close, collaborative relationships; we pride ourselves on offering a level of openness and communication that is too often absent in the traditional agent-actor dynamic.

Although we are a relatively new agency, we are by no means inexperienced or new to the industry. In just a few months, we’ve grown rapidly, building a vibrant and diverse roster of talented actors from a wide range of backgrounds. We’ve already begun forging strong connections with casting directors and have seen our clients land exciting opportunities that mark the beginning of meaningful career journeys.

Many of our clients have come up through the ranks of our training facility The Actors Workshop Nottingham & Online and we are proudly Nottingham-based, operating within the thriving Midlands arts community. In addition to offering acting classes for those who want to further their training, we also host regular in-person drop-in sessions for feedback and career development. For our clients based further afield, we make regular trips to London and other major cities throughout the British Isles, to ensure we stay connected. And when face-to-face meetings aren't possible, we maintain consistent communication through digital channels.

In addition to traditional representation - sourcing opportunities through industry connections - we are also active creative innovators. As experienced directors, producers, and theatre-makers, we generate opportunities in-house, producing original work for both stage and screen. This gives our actors a unique platform to showcase their talents. Our production company Fourmost Films has created a slate of award winning content, most recently short film Pura Vida shot entirely in Costa Rica, and is set to release its first full-length feature film Surrender to It.

The world is our stage, and we’re just getting started! Watch this space.

Rosanne Priest

Co-Founder & Head Agent

Rosanne Priest is an actress, singer, and creative with over 25 years professional experience, spanning all areas of the acting industry, including musical theatre, stage, screen, radio, voice-over, presenting, and studio recording (amongst others). Her professional career has taken her all over the world, including UK tours, European tours, and world cruises. She comes to Prolific Talent as co-founder, with three years experience as an agent, working with a flourishing co-operative agency in London. As a committed and compassionate agent with a wealth of life experience, she cares about the professional and personal well-being of her clients, providing career advice and championing her clients from the off, whether new to the industry, or established professionals. Rosanne grew up near Sheffield, where she was influenced by her theatrical family from an early age. At sixteen, she studied for a year in Colorado, USA, where she embraced the many opportunities available to learn singing and acting in the United States: She competed in Show Choir, became a member of the International Thespian Society, was listed on the Honor Roll, and ultimately graduated with a US High School Diploma. On returning to the UK, Rosanne enrolled at North Cheshire Theatre College, under the tutelage of David Johnson (formerly of Oldham Theatre Workshop), where she gained her Musical Theatre and Acting Diploma. While at drama school, she showcased various leading roles, including Mary Poppins, Janet in The Rocky Horror Show, and Fantine in Les Misérables. Shortly after graduating, Rosanne moved to London, to perform her first professional lead role as Ruthie in I Can Get It For You Wholesale, at the Arcola Theatre, closely followed by the role of Judith in Elegies for Angels, Punks, and Raging Queens. She remained in London for many years performing professionally, while simultaneously furthering her education at London Metropolitan University, going on to achieve a BA honours degree in English and Theatre Studies. As part of her degree course, Rosanne also studied for a semester at City College, New York (USA), taking part in several productions with the CCNY Theater Program. In the UK, her varied professional career has included unique highlights, such as Tony Blair the Musical, which sold out for the duration of its run at the Edinburgh Fringe, and a stint with NewsRevue - the world’s longest running live comedy show. She has appeared with the cast of the acclaimed Thursford Christmas Spectacular, the UK’s largest Christmas show. Her voice is featured on the concept album recording of the musical A Christmas Carol as Mrs Dilber and Mrs Cratchit, and she voiced the role of Mary in children’s musical, AlterNativity. Rosanne is a seasoned pantomime performer, having worked her way through roles as Principal Girl, Principal Boy, Wicked Queen, and Fairy Godmother, in various pantomimes in the UK. She has toured the UK four times with Mad About the Musicals, alongside Gareth Gates (Pop Idol), and Jai McDowall (Britain's Got Talent winner). More classical credits include Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, and a multi-role version of A Midsummer Night's Dream, in which she played Titania, Puck, and Quince. She recently appeared in Jane Eyre at the Attic Theatre in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Internationally, Rosanne’s career has taken her all over the world, including three contracts on Cunard ships: she performed as principal vocalist on board QE2, until the famous ship's retirement in Dubai in 2008, before going on to complete World Cruises on the QM2 and Queen Victoria. She has also toured Spain with a potted Shakespeare show, and travelled with major European tours, in both Abba Mania, and Abba Gold - the Concert Show, performing to sell-out crowds at venues such as the World Forum Theater in Den Haag, Salzburg Arena in Austria, and the National Theater in Bern, Switzerland. Offstage, Rosanne's screen credits include Kayleigh O'Clearigh in award-winning feature film The Haunting of the Lady-Jane, and multiple short films. She co-starred opposite her sister in the comedy web-series InGeneous. Rosanne also writes for stage and screen, and has written, produced and starred in her own projects, with several of her scripts shortlisted in screen-writing contests. She is an experienced photographer, regularly providing updated headshots for Prolific actors. Rosanne continues to perform selectively, but she now prioritises furthering the careers of her clients at Prolific Talent.
